Desk phone not working after upgrading to Advanced Extension

A number of things happen when upgrading to Advanced Extensions. It is possible for devices to not get the full provisioning info on the first reboot. We recommend rebooting 3 or 4 times before trying the following steps.

Reconfigure line-

1) Login to pbx.suretel.co as Admin

2) Navigate to Config --> Devices

3) Fine the MAC address (XX:XX:XX:XX:XX) and select Line

4) Click the Edit button on the line 

5) Change Extension to another user and click Update

6) Click the Edit button again

7) Change Extension back to original user and click Update

8) Reboot Phone
